POLICIES & FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS:
Q: What are your prices?
A: All of our prices & services can be found here. Prices are subject to change without notice. Once you have finalized your booking and paid your deposit in full your prices will not increase.
Q: Can I choose which stylists/make-up artists I have on my wedding day?
A: Yes! Absolutely, however, it'll depend on availability.
Q: Can I have more than one stylist/make-up artist?
A: Yes, we generally send a whole team to you for the most time-efficient and relaxing experience.
However, each stylist/make-up artist has a 3 appointment minimum. For elopements or bookings under 3 people, please email us directly to discuss.
Q: Am I required to pay a deposit?
A: Yes, a non-refundable deposit of half the booking is required to hold your spot.
Q: How do I make a payment?
A: You may send your deposit or final amount by e-transfer to hello@yqrbeautycollective.ca.
We also take credit card payments, with applicable fees.
Q: Can I cancel my booking?
A: Yes, you may cancel your booking no later than 6 months before the wedding.
Q: One of my bridesmaids decided she no longer requires services, can I cancel just her booking?
A: Yes, you may cancel her booking, however the deposit will be kept for her bookings. Singular appointments can cancel up to 2 months prior to the wedding. However, keep in mind that each stylist/make-up artist has a 4-5 appointment minimum (depending on distance of wedding location), if the cancelled booking drops the appointment count below the limit the appointments will still have to be paid in full.
Q: When should I book my trials?
A: We strongly suggest booking your bridal trials as soon as possible, a few of our artists book up 6 months in advance behind the chair and may not have your preferred date if you wait.
Q: Can I book my trials same day as an event I have (ex. Bridal Shower or Stagette)
A: This one is tricky, you absolutely can if the dates work out, but we strongly encourage you not to.
Why not?
- Saturday trial bookings cannot be guaranteed during peak wedding season, all of our artists are committed to other brides
- Most brides don't want to show off their wedding day hair and make-up choices before the wedding day
