the nitty gritty.
Q: Are the same artists still apart of TBC?
A: The Beauty Collective has been acquired by Salon Society Inc. - the same great artists are available to be booked. Just a more streamlined process.
Q: What's the investment?
A: All of our prices & services can be found here. Prices are subject to change without notice. Once you have finalized your booking and paid your deposit in full your prices will not increase.
Q: Can I choose which stylists/make-up artists I have on my wedding day?
A: Yes! Absolutely, however, it'll depend on availability.
Q: Can I have more than one stylist/make-up artist?
A: Yes, we generally send a whole team to you for the most time-efficient and relaxing experience.
However, each stylist/make-up artist has a 4 appointment minimum. For elopements or bookings under 4 people, please email us directly to discuss.
Q: Am I required to pay a deposit?
A: Yes, a non-refundable deposit is required to hold your spot.
Q: How do I make a payment?
A: You may send your deposit or final amount by e-transfer to [email protected].
We also take credit card payments, with applicable fees.
Q: What happens if I need to cancel?
No problem! You may cancel your entire booking no later than 6 months before your originally booked date. Minus an administration fee.
Would I get my deposit back? If you cancel your booking with more than 6 months notice you will get your entire deposit back minus a $150.00 booking fee.
Q: One of my wedding guests decided they no longer requires services, can I cancel just their booking?
A: Yes, you may cancel their booking, however the deposit will be kept for their bookings. Singular appointments can cancel up to 2 months prior to the wedding. However, keep in mind that each artist has a 4 appointment minimum, if the cancelled booking drops the appointment count below the limit the appointments will still have to be paid in full.
Q: When should I book my trials?
A: We strongly suggest booking your wedding trials as soon as possible, a few of our artists book up 6 months in advance behind the chair and may not have your preferred date if you wait.
Q:Can I cancel my trials?
Yes, we require 48 hours notice to cancel any trial appointments booked with an artist. Please be sure to contact both the Beauty Collective & the artist you are cancelling with. Most trials are booked out of Salon Society, you may call to cancel and they will notify the appropriate parties.
Q: Can I book my trials same day as an event I have (ex. Wedding Shower or Bachelorx)
A: This one is tricky, you absolutely can if the dates work out, but we strongly encourage you not to.
Why not?
- Saturday trial bookings cannot be guaranteed during peak wedding season, all of our artists are committed to other nearlyweds
- Most nearlyweds don't want to show off their wedding day hair and make-up choices before the wedding day
